Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a product fails to be of acceptable quality and does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
Change of Mind
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video showing the issue
- Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging (where applicable)

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping or provide a solution at no cost to you
- For any approved returns outside of this: customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lunarie Beauty is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned without prior approval
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Gift cards
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Lunarie Beauty is not responsible for orders returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Unclaimed parcels
- Re-shipping fees may apply in these cases.
