What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Are your products cruelty-free?

How do I clean my crystal rollers and gua sha tools?

Hand wash gently in cool water with a mild detergent, or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a laundry bag if suitable. Air dry away from direct heat and sunlight.

How do I use the ice roller?
Place the roller in the freezer before use. Gently roll across the face using upward and outward motions for a cooling, de-puffing effect. Clean after use and return it to the freezer.
