Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye out!

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-8 business days. Express shipping (1-3 business days) is available at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that all orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are outside Australia and interested in purchasing from us, please contact us at info@lunariebeauty.com and we'll do our best to assist.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor your parcel's progress using the carrier's tracking link provided. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your building management. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels marked as "Delivered." If you still can't locate your package, contact us at info@lunariebeauty.com immediately and we'll help resolve the issue.

What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at info@lunariebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable). We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, delays caused by the carrier, or lost or stolen parcels marked as "Delivered." Re-shipping fees may apply for returned or undeliverable parcels due to address errors.

We want you to love your Lunarie Beauty products! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product or crystal type, contact us at info@lunariebeauty.com and we'll arrange the exchange. You'll only need to cover the shipping cost for the new item if there's a price difference.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We carefully package all orders, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lunariebeauty.com within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.

Are your crystals authentic?

Yes! All our crystal tools (jade, rose quartz, obsidian, aventurine, and white jade) are made from authentic, natural stones. We carefully source Grade A quality crystals to ensure you receive beautiful, effective facial massage tools.

What's the difference between the crystal types?

All our crystal rollers and gua sha tools provide the same facial massage benefits. The main differences are aesthetic and energetic properties. Jade is naturally cooling and traditionally used for balance. Rose quartz is associated with self-love and gentle energy. Obsidian is grounding and protective. Is your silk real mulberry silk?

Yes! All our silk products (pillowcases, eye masks, and scrunchies) are made from 100% pure mulberry silk. Our premium silk items in the Lunar Lux Set are 19-22 momme grade – the highest quality silk available for ultimate luxury and durability.

What is the CryoSilk Ice Roller made of?

The CryoSilk Ice Roller features a premium silicone roller head that stays cold longer when stored in the freezer. The handle is ergonomically designed for comfortable use. It's durable, easy to clean, and perfect for daily facial cooling therapy.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! All Lunarie Beauty products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and we carefully select suppliers who share our ethical values.

Can I use these tools if I have sensitive skin?

Absolutely! Our tools are gentle and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The silk products are naturally hypoallergenic. How do I clean my crystal rollers and gua sha tools?

After each use, rinse your crystal tools with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and dropping the tools as crystals can chip or crack.

How do I care for my silk products?

Hand wash your silk items gently in cool water with a mild, silk-safe detergent. Alternatively, you can machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Never use bleach, harsh detergents, or fabric softener. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not tumble dry on high heat. With proper care, your silk products will last for years.

How do I use the ice roller?

Store your CryoSilk Ice Roller in the freezer for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results). After cleansing and applying your serum, gently roll the chilled tool across your face in upward and outward motions. Focus on puffy areas like under-eyes, cheeks, and forehead. Use for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with water and mild soap after use, pat dry, and return to freezer.

How often should I use my facial massage tools?

You can use your ice roller daily, especially in the morning to reduce puffiness. Jade rollers and gua sha tools can be used once or twice daily as part of your skincare routine. Listen to your skin – if you experience any irritation, reduce frequency. Consistency is key for seeing results!

Can I use facial oils with my crystal tools?

Yes! In fact, using facial oils, serums, or moisturizers with your jade roller or gua sha enhances the massage experience and helps the tools glide smoothly. The massage also helps your skincare products absorb more effectively.

How do I wash the reusable makeup remover pads?

After use, rinse pads with warm water. Collect used pads in the included laundry bag and machine wash on a gentle cycle with your regular laundry. You can tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach to maintain the pads' effectiveness.

Will the silk scrunchies work on wet hair?
